The CTBUH is an international non-profit with headquarters in Chicago, USAthat "explores how increased urban density and vertical growth can support more sustainable and healthy cities, especially in the face of mass urbanization and the increasing effects of climate change worldwide". 

The Museum of the Future opened its doors in February of 2022 and puts together data, combined with artificial intelligence, to put forth installations and displays depicting the future. With black and gold Arabic writing visible on the outside and clean white lines of the same carvings reflected inside. It was the Vice President of UAE, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum who dubbed the Museum the title of “the most beautiful building in the world” during its opening. 

The organization also commended the Museum's efforts in achieving Leed Platinum certification via its low-energy, low-water passive solar design. The building is designed to receive solar from a solar farm of car park rooftops offsite after all. 
In addition to the Museum of the Future, 988 feet tall Address Beach Resort also won 'The best construction award 2022'.
