Ooredoo Maldives introduces International level gaming platform

Ooredoo Maldives has initiated the launching of an international gaming platform, “Ooredoo Nation – The Gamers’ Land". The platform was officially launched at an event held at Dharubaaruge with a special guest, Minister of Tourism Dr. Abdulla Mausoom.
Ooredoo Nations describes itself as "a platform to inspire, enable & nurture all kinds of gamers". The company took to twitter to commemorate the launching of this initiative and noted
"We are here to cater to all your gaming needs by creating excellent gaming experiences through our services & exciting tournaments".
As such, it promises to host local and international competitions for gamers as well as launch special data packs for popular games such as data packs for widely played games such as PUBG, Mobile Legends, Call of Duty and Roblox. Gift cards for platforms such as Nintendo, Playstation, iTunes will also be available through Oooredoo nation.
The event also helped make the official announcement of Ooredoo PUBG Mobile Championship. The competition is said to be "the biggest PUBG tournament in the Maldives" and promises a prize pool of MVR 100,000 for participants.
